Chris was absolutely amazing. He came out to give me a quote for get gutter guards placed. When he was here, he educated me on why I should consider full replacements instead. It was great working with Chris; he drove 45 minutes to come to our house twice to help us pick out our custom gutters. The gutters look awesome and it was well worth the wait for them. Chris and his crew are excellent.

We are happy we chose gutter genius - the crew did an excellent job and were flexible around us and our schedule as we were also working on finishing our roof at the same time. Chris was very easy to work with - personable and reachable. He was honest and forthcoming about his products/service and didn’t try to oversell us, in fact very much the opposite, as he initially inquired about personally inspecting the viability of our old gutters and downspouts to save us from unnecessary costs. We had a bit of an odd downspout situation under deck which Chris was able to develop a plan virtually. The gutters and downspouts turned out super sleek at a very reasonable cost for what we got, not to mention the amount of water that’s now coming from the drains! We will absolutely choose them again for other services they offer when we need them.

Chris was extremely easy to contact and work with regarding our gutter replacement. After years of previously misaligned and improperly installed gutters - which constantly leaked everywhere with most every rainfall - it was refreshing to find a company that specialized in doing it right!
Within a short time, the job got scheduled and Josh and Rick showed up to get the work completed. They worked diligently and efficiently non stop, dealing with a number of issues that they found from the previous botched job, and still got our new gutters installed to look great. The new over-sized black material recommended by Chris is an amazing accent!

What's left?? Now we just need to have a day with some consistent steady rain so we can see them work as great as they look!!

A few weeks in and I am loving the system. There are a ton of light options you can choose from and the setup is very simple. Chris was on site with his team troubleshooting day one and there has not been an issue since. The cabling and other parts of the system are well done and you can't even tell where the transformers and other parts of the system are because the team hid them so well. Great experience and great product.

The guys came out promptly and fixed our gutters after an ice build up had damaged our original system. They went above and beyond even fixing a piece of our fascia that was loose. Looks great and will last us a long time!
